The Heritage Fairs program encourages students to explore Canadian heritage in a dynamic, hands-on learning environment. Students use the medium of their choice to tell stories about Canadian heroes, legends, milestones, and achievements — and present the results of their research at a public exhibition.
Across Canada in the last school year:
The result is a community-based celebration of Canadian heritage that has a lasting impact on participants. Join us!

May 21, 2010 at Skeena Junior Secondary School in Terrace | |
| 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Cultural Tours and Community Events at in the Terrace area. Details TBA. |
| 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Public Exhibition | Students present their work to the visiting public and guests at Skeena, Jr. Secondary then students will join together with guests for dinner. |
| 6 p.m.Celebration of Learners in the auditorium | Public Performances by Local Artists. Ms. Hill and her class will perform a new play, last years play was very popular. |
